An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, August 27, 2007 at 9:55 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue and a real estate matter involving the Croton Yacht Club.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:15 pm.
