An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 9:46 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue and Striclin Realty.

The Board of Trustees discussed various aspects of acquiring property at 1A Croton Point Avenue and the Striclin Realty Property with Village Attorney Staudt and Special Council Gerrard.
On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 11:08 pm.
