An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, November 19, 2007 at 10:10 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss the Arrowcrest Conservation Easement.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:40 pm.
