An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 9:10 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue and the sale of real property for the Symphony Knoll project.

The Board of Trustees discussed the appeals court decisions and the next steps in the litigation process. No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 11:05 pm.
