An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 9:24 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel issue.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:13 pm.
