An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 8:40 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue.

No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:40 pm.
