An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at 9:10 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel issue.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:50 pm.
