An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 10:10 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving the Croton Point Landfill.

No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Brennan the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:20 pm.
