An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 8:15 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a legal matter regarding the Verizon franchise approval process.

No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:10 pm.
