An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday April 7, 2008 at 9:27 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. ~ On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss matters related to the 1A Croton Point Avenue Site.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig Trustee Olver Village Treasurer/Acting Manager Zambrano Village Engineer O’Connor Attorney Staudt          No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:25 pm. Respectfully submitted Abraham J.
