An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday April 28, 2008 at 8:45 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Gallelli, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss litigation regarding 1A Croton Point Avenue.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:45 pm.
