An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday May 5, at 10:15 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. ~ On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Olver, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss possible acquisition of real property.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig Trustee Olver Attorney Feldman Village Treasurer/Acting Manager Zambrano Village Engineer O’Connor No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Olver the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 11:15 pm.
