An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday May 12, at 9:15 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. ~ On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss possible acquisition of real property and a personnel issue.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig Trustee Olver Village Treasurer/Acting Manager Zambrano Village Engineer O’Connor Village Clerk DiSanto Assistant to Manager, King At 9:45 pm Acting Manager Zambrano left the meeting and didn’t take part in the discussion of the personnel issue.          No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Konig the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:05 pm.
