An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday June 2, 2008, at 10:20 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. ~ On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss litigation regarding 1A Croton Point Avenue.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig Trustee Olver Village Treasurer/Acting Manager Zambrano Village Engineer O’Connor Assistant to Manager, King         Village Attorney Joanna Feldman          No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Konig the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:35 pm. Respectfully submitted Abraham J.
