An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday June 30, 2008, at 7:35 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel issue.

Trustee Konig
Trustee Olver
No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:05 pm.
