An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday July 21, 2008, at 7:34 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session on advice of counsel.

Absent: Trustee Konig
Also Present: Waddell Stillman of Historic Hudson Valley
No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Olver, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:00 pm.
