An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, July 28, 2008, at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss the hiring of a new Village Manager.

Trustee Olver
The Board discussed each of the applicants who had been interviewed. After discussion, it was the consensus of the Board to make an offer to Abraham Zambrano, the Acting Village Manager. The Mayor was authorized to obtain an employment agreement with Mr. Zambrano.
On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:00 pm.
