An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Wednesday August 27, 2008, at 6:50 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss 1A Croton Point Avenue Litigation and to conduct contract negotiations with Abraham Zambrano for the position of Village Manager.

Absent: Trustee Olver
No action was taken by the Board at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 7:30 pm.
