An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, September 8, 2008, at 9:55 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter.

After discussion, it was the consensus of the Board to exit the executive session to consider a resolution regarding a personnel matter in a public meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:40 pm and reconvene the Special Meeting.
