An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, September 8, 2008, at 9:55 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig         Trustee Olver         Manager Zambrano         Clerk DiSanto         Assistant to Manager, King After discussion, it was the consensus of the Board to exit the executive session to consider a resolution regarding a personnel matter in a public meeting. On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:40 pm and reconvene the Special Meeting.
