An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Thursday, September 18, at 10:25 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. ~ On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Olver, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss two personnel issues; one regarding a former part-time employee with Employee Number 1356; and the second to discuss applicants for the Village Treasurer position.    The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt            Trustee Brennan  Trustee Gallelli         Trustee Olver Abraham Zambrano, Village Manager Dan O’Connor, Village Engineer         Janine King, Assistant to Village Manager Absent:  Trustee Konig No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:35 pm.
