An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 9:45 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss ongoing litigation regarding 1A Croton Point Avenue.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig         Trustee Olver         Manager Zambrano         Village Engineer O’Connor On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:15 pm.
