An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. ~ On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter, conduct interview for the Village Treasurer position   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig         Trustee Olver No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Olver, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:00 pm.
