An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, October 22, 2008, at 7:15 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal 2Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. ~ On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter, conduct two interviews for the Village Treasurer position.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig         Trustee Olver Absent, Trustee Brennan No action was taken by the Board at this meeting. On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:30 pm.
