An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter.

After discussion, it was the consensus of the Board to offer the position of Village Treasurer to Sandra Bullock subject to a review of her references.
On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Konig, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:30 pm.
