An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, November 3, 2008, at 9:45 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Olver, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter related to the Police Department.   The following officials were present: Mayor Schmidt    Trustee Brennan Trustee Gallelli Trustee Konig         Trustee Olver         Manager Zambrano                  No action taken. On a motion by Trustee Konig, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:25 pm.
