An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday, December 1, 2008, at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
On a motion by Trustee Olver, seconded by Trustee Brennan, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session to discuss ongoing litigation regarding 1A Croton Point Avenue and personnel issues.

No action was taken at this meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Olver, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:00 pm.
