WATER CONTROL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 20, 2001
A meeting of the Water Control Commission of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y. was held on Wednesday June 20, 2001.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Sally Odland, Chairman
Stuart Greenbaum

The meeting came to order at 7:30 P.M.
HEARING:
Banje Milenka/Ernest Heincke, High Street, Section 67.20 Block 4 Lot 42.01. Request for a Wetlands Activity Permit with respect to a proposed one-family dwelling.
Mr. Melenke was present at the meeting and was informed that the Hearing was adjourned.
Odland - Stated that the Board was in receipt of a letter dated 6/19/01 from Mr. Heincke owner of the property requesting to adjourn this evenings hearing.
The Board agreed to grant the request to adjourn the hearing until the next meeting on July 18, 2001.
The Board requested the WCC Secretary to contact Mr. Heincke to inform him that the application is considered incomplete and requested plans showing flood control methods plus ways of improving the existing flooding conditions.
Hearing adjourned.
DISCUSSION:
A copy of a letter dated 10/5/00 that was originally sent to Richard Herbek from Ronald A. Bailey Sr., Ferry Sloop Inc. was sent to WCC by Richard Herbek for the Water Control Commission to review and comment with respect to a Ferry Sloop for the "Soujourner Truth".
The Board was in unanimous agreement that the request for a Ferry Sloop for the "Soujourner Truth" should be considered.
