Harmon Business District Zoning explained in plain English
As many of you know, the VIllage adopted a package of carefully chosen zoning changes for an expanded Gateway in the Harmon buiness district located on Croton Point Avenue and South Riverside Avenue. The Village Board adopted these zoning changes after a very extensive review process. The new zoning options are now in effect.
