Meeting came to order at 8:00 P.M.

NEW BUSINESS:
Letters dated 1/25/04 from Barbara Sarbin, Something Good In The World. 138 Maple Street. Requesting the Zoning Board of Appeals to reconsider its decision of 12/10/03 and to revise the Minutes and Resolution of 12/10/03, according to her comments.
The Board acknowledge receipt of Ms. Sarbin’s letters dated January 25, 2004, requesting changes to the December 10, 2003, ZBA Minutes and Resolution. After reviewing the letters, minutes and Resolution the members of the Zoning Board of Appeal unanimously agreed as follows:
Sapir – Made Motion that the ZBA Minutes and Resolution of December 10, 2003, are
deemed to be accurate and should remain the same, except for the correction of the misspelling of the following names:
Donna Nicholson – will be changed to – Donna Mikkelsen
Monica Matonte – will be changed to – Veronica Matonte
Stephens – Second the Motion
Vote: 5-0 In Favor – Sapir, Stephens, Waitkins, Rolnick, Barlow

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
Proposed Changes to Article XII of the Zoning Chapter
The Board acknowledged receipt of a Memo from Ann Gallelli, Planning Board Chairman, requesting the Zoning Boards comments with respect to proposed changes to Article XII of the Zoning Chapter.
The Zoning Board of Appeals appointed Rhoda Stephens & Paul Rolnick as representatives of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
