On motion of  TRUSTEE____________,  seconded by  TRUSTEE _______,  the   following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: RESOLVED:  that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to sign the attached intermunicipal Agreement with Westchester County for enhanced 911 service.
