On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
WHEREAS, on October 2 2000, the Village Board of Trustees approved a resolution appointing Kirkland & Ellis as its legal counsel with regard to the Millennium Pipeline project; and
WHEREAS, the retainer agreement dated September 22, 2000 provided for hourly billing rates of $275,00 for Neil L. Levy, $200.00 for Michelle Palmer and $145.00 for Jeffrey Williamson; and
WHEREAS, the hourly rates for Neil L. Levy and Jeffrey Williamson have increased and Ashley Parrish and Christian Semonsen are now also working on this project; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary for the Village Board to approve a new retainer agreement with Kirkland & Ellis,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to sign the retainer agreement with Kirkland & Ellis dated January 2, 2003 and received by the Village on November 21, 2003
